The house is situated only 3 km from Denmark's oldest town, Ribe. The house is a former farm, where you still find ducks, chickens and cats. Do you wish to live in nice, quiet and green surroundings, then you have found the place to overnight.
You can use the garden and the surroundings for walks. It is possible to rent 2 rooms each for 1 or 2 persons. One room consists of 2 seperate beds and the other of a double bed. There is also a living room, bathroom/toilet, kitchenette with a refrigerator, and a couple of hotplates, belonging to the rooms. In the living room you will find a television. Furthermore you will find 4 bicycles that are at your disposal.
Ribe offers a range of sights, among other sights Ribe Cathedral and the well kept old quarter of the city. The town is lively and in the pedestrian way lays a lot of shops, cafés and restaurants which offers Danish specialities as well as specialities from the international kitchen.
Ribe is a good starting point for your vacation. From here there is only 30 km to Rømø with a broad and kilometer long beach . Germany is only 50 km away. Furthermore Legoland in Billund and the Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg are only respectively 50 and 30 km away. You will also find a lot of other sights around Ribe. |
